Pool & Facilities Update
The pool, gym and sauna facilities remain temporarily closed following the earlier plant room leak which caused an electrical fault and dehumidifier failure. The dehumidifier has now been repaired and is back up and running, however further damage caused by elevated humidity levels within the pool area is currently being assessed.
AGM – Thursday 4 June 2026
The James Square AGM is approaching. Owners can review what's been happening and vote on plans for improvements. Tenants, please make your owner aware.
Orwell Terrace Roadworks (In Progress)
Roadworks at the end of Orwell Terrace are now underway and are expected to last around 4 to 6 weeks. The junction with Dalry Road is currently closed, with a diversion in place. Access is being maintained where possible, although some disruption and parking restrictions should be expected.
Myreside Management
Myreside Management are the active property factor for James Square, taking over from Fior Asset & Property on 1 February 2026. All owner payments, maintenance requests, and management queries should be directed to Myreside.
